He was awarded the title of Ambassador of Tourism by Slovenia in 2023 for his articles, books, and podcasts on Slovenia. He hosts the official English language podcast for Slovenia Tourism, Feel Slovenia, and is the author of Slovenology: Living and Traveling in the World’s Best Country.
