Eligibility is restricted to USAA members, which is limited to current and former military members, as well as their spouses and dependents.
Limited travel redemption options.

Our take

This card is a solid option for current and former members of the military who are also avid travelers. It comes with strong protections and no foreign transaction fees, but you don't have the option to transfer points to partners like other travel cards.
