Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a Referrer, you are subject to the Going Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Going’s Referral Program:

• How It Works. To participate in the program, Referrers need to refer new members to Going Premium or Elite memberships. Referral Rewards can only be earned when a Referred Member clicks on your personal member-specific referral link, which can be shared in several ways:

1. By forwarding Deal Emails to friends, including Limited, Premium, and Elite flight deals, Points & Miles deals, and Weekend Getaways deal digests. 
2. By sharing flight deals found on the Going website or mobile app through designated “share deal” buttons.  
3. By directly sharing the link found on this account page via email, social media networks, or SMS. By sending an email through this page, a Referrer represents that he or she has the Referred Members’ prior consent to provide their contact information.

If a Referred Member subscribes to a Going account using any other method, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral. 

• Share of Going Promotion. If you click the Share or similar icon on the Going Platform and decide to share a Going deal or promotion to a third party, your name and/or email address or other identifying information may be shared with the third party whose information you provided to Going.
• Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as when a not-currently-subscribed individual ("Referred Member") clicks your unique referral link, signs up for a new Going account via www.going.com, and upgrades to a Premium or Elite membership. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Member; in other words, additional or repeat accounts created by a Referred Member are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Qualified Referrals will be disqualified if the Referred Member downgrades to a free account, cancels, or disputes their account. 
• Referred Member. The Referred Member and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, the same person using a different email address).
• Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Member must sign up for a free trial of a Going Premium or Elite membership and convert to become a paying member of Going once the free trial period ends. Referrers will be awarded one $100 USD Visa gift card for every three (3) Premium or Elite qualified referrals, up to the maximum allowable cap of $500 per calendar year. You can review your progress toward earning Referral Rewards at any time by logging into your Going account and viewing your account dashboard. Any chargebacks, fraudulent payments, cancellations, and/or disputes will void referral qualification. 
• Reward Payments. Referral rewards will be distributed after a 45-day period following every third Qualified Referral, as long as the Referred Members start a free trial and do not downgrade, cancel, or dispute. Referral rewards are capped at a maximum of $500 USD per calendar year, or 15 qualified referrals per calendar year. Rewards will be automatically distributed via email, wherein the Referrer will receive a link to claim the earned gift card. Visa Gift Cards expire six months after being claimed. Going is not responsible for expired or unclaimed gift cards. Unclaimed gift cards are subject to forfeiture after five (5) years. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
• Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals in the United States only. The Going Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Going’s sole discretion. Eligible referrers must be at least 18 years old. 
• No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Going Referral Program.
• Right to Close Accounts. Going reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Member and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Member attempts to use the Going referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Going Referral Program will be disqualified from earning rewards and accounts made void. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or the use of multiple accounts to make referrals will be deemed tampering and the users’ Going accounts will be canceled.
• Right to Cancel Program, Modify Program, or Change Terms. Going reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program, modify the reward structure associated with the Referral Program, or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
