Roost Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Going x Roost Free Flight Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Scott's Cheap Flights, Inc. dba Going, located at 4845 Pearl East Circle, Suite 118, PMB 28648, Boulder, CO 80301-6112 ("Sponsor" or "Going").

The Sweepstakes is offered in partnership with Good Egg LLC, the operator of the Roost mobile application ("Roost"). Roost is serving as a promotional partner, platform provider, and administrator of the Sweepstakes on Sponsor's behalf. Roost will collect entries submitted through the Roost app, conduct the random drawing, and provide the potential winner's information to Going. Going is responsible for verifying the potential winner's eligibility and providing the prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Flightgift, or any airline, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, or Facebook.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and who are not otherwise prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes as provided in ‎these Terms and Conditions. Employees, officers, and directors of sponsors, partners, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Entrants may not be (a) residents or citizens of any country that is subject to an embargo imposed by the U.S. ‎government‎ or (b) included in any sanctions program administered or enforced by the ‎U.S. government or ‎any agency thereof, including, but not limited to, ‎the U.S. Department of State, U.S. ‎Department of Commerce, U.S. ‎Department of Homeland Security, or U.S. Department of ‎Treasury and ‎specifically including the Specially Designated Nationals, Blocked ‎‎Persons, and Denied Persons Lists. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions which will be final and binding in all respects. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 4, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s and Roost’s designated systems will serve as the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary. Regardless of the entry method used, each eligible person may receive no more than one entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Method 1: Enter Through Roost

To enter through Roost during the Sweepstakes Period:

1. Download or open the free Roost mobile application, listed as “Roost Social” in the Apple App Store and Google Play;
2. Create or sign in to a free Roost account;
3. Locate the designated Going giveaway island in the Caribbean on the Roost map; and
4. Send a message to the designated giveaway island using the feature provided in the Roost app.

Sending a message to the designated giveaway island constitutes an entry. The contents of the message will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning. Message contents will not be provided to or stored by Going.

Entrants should not include sensitive personal information in their messages.

Once Roost records that an entrant has sent a message to the designated giveaway island during the Sweepstakes Period, the entrant will receive one entry, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Downloading Roost and creating a standard Roost account are free. Optional in-app purchases are not required to enter and will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. Entrants are responsible for any data charges or other costs imposed by their internet or mobile service providers.

Method 2: Enter Without Downloading Roost

To enter without downloading Roost or creating a Roost account, visit THIS FORM during the Sweepstakes Period and complete and submit the entry form as instructed.

The form will require the entrant’s first and last name, email address, state of residence, confirmation that the entrant is at least 18 years old, and agreement to these Official Rules.

The alternative entry form is free. No Roost account or Going membership is required to enter using this method. Entries submitted through the alternative entry form will be provided by Going to Roost for inclusion in the random drawing.

Entry Limit

Limit one entry per person and email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.

Entering through both Roost and the alternative entry form will not provide an entrant with more than one entry. If multiple entries are received from or associated with the same person or email address, only the first eligible entry received will be included in the drawing, and all subsequent entries may be voided.

Creating or using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, devices, scripts, bots, or automated methods to obtain additional entries is prohibited. Entries associated with these methods may be disqualified.

All eligible entries received through Roost and the alternative entry form will be placed into the same drawing and will have an equal chance of winning.

Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Proof that an entry was submitted does not constitute proof that it was received. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, generated through prohibited methods, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Entry Information and Verification

Roost will collect and maintain records of entries submitted through the Roost app during the Sweepstakes Period. Roost will not review, use, or provide to Going the contents of entrants' messages for purposes of the drawing.

Going will collect the information submitted through the alternative entry form and will provide the entrants' names and email addresses to Roost solely so those entries can be included in the drawing. Going will not screen, filter, or otherwise review alternative-form entries for eligibility before providing them to Roost; eligibility will be verified only for the potential winner. Roost will combine entries received through the Roost app and the alternative entry form, review them for duplicate entries, and include all eligible entries in the same random drawing.

After the drawing, Roost will provide Going with the name and email address associated with the potential winner's entry, along with any other information reasonably necessary to contact the potential winner. Roost will not provide Going with information about entrants who are not selected, except as reasonably necessary to select an alternate potential winner under Section 8.

Going and Roost will each use entrant information solely to administer the Sweepstakes, identify and remove duplicate or ineligible entries, conduct the random drawing, contact the potential winner, verify eligibility, award the prize, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

The potential winner will be required to provide Going with their legal name, date of birth, and complete residential address. Going may request reasonable documentation necessary to verify the potential winner's identity, age, residence, and eligibility.

If there is a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person assigned the email address by the relevant internet service provider, email provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

One winner will receive one Flightgift electronic gift card with a value of $1,000 USD.

The total approximate retail value of the prize is $1,000 USD.

The Flightgift gift card may be used only for flights available through Flightgift’s booking platform and cannot be redeemed directly with an airline. If a booking costs more than the value available on the gift card, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference. If a booking costs less than the gift-card value, any remaining balance will be governed by Flightgift’s applicable terms.

The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and is subject to all terms, limitations, availability, and restrictions imposed by Flightgift. Baggage, seat selection, insurance, transportation to or from an airport, accommodations, meals, identification documents, passports, visas, taxes, fees, and any other travel-related expenses are not included unless expressly covered by the selected booking.

The prize does not guarantee that the winner will be able to book any particular flight, route, airline, destination, cabin, or travel date. Flight availability and pricing may change.

The prize may not be transferred or assigned. No substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize. Sponsor may require the winner to provide tax information or complete applicable tax forms before the prize is awarded.

The Flightgift gift card will be purchased by Sponsor in October 2026 and delivered electronically to the confirmed winner no later than one business day after Sponsor verifies that the winner meets all eligibility requirements and has completed all required prize-claim documentation.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

At or shortly after 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 5, 2026, Roost, acting on Sponsor's behalf, will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period through both the Roost app and the alternative entry form.

Roost will then provide the potential winner's information to Going for notification and verification.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant is only a potential winner unless and until Sponsor confirms that the entrant satisfies all eligibility requirements and has complied with these Official Rules.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Sponsor will notify the potential winner using the email address associated with their entry on or after October 5, 2026.

The potential winner must respond and follow all instructions in the notification within seven calendar days after the notification is sent. The potential winner may be required to provide their legal name, date of birth, residential address, telephone number, and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

Sponsor may also require the potential winner to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, a publicity release where lawful, and any required tax documentation.

If the potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Does not respond within the required period;
• Is found to be ineligible;
• Fails to provide the requested verification materials;
• Fails to comply with these Official Rules;
• Declines the prize; or
• Has a notification or prize returned as undeliverable,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize. Roost may then select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries and provide that entrant's information to Going.

Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize if it is unable to confirm an eligible winner after a reasonable number of attempts.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Going and Roost to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state of residence, voice, statements, photograph, and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without additional notice or compensation.

Nothing in these Official Rules requires an entrant to grant publicity rights merely by entering. This section applies only to the confirmed winner.

10. Privacy and Marketing

Information provided to Roost is subject to Roost's Privacy Policy, available at https://roostsocial.app/privacy.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that (a) entries submitted through the alternative entry form will be shared by Going with Roost so they can be included in the drawing, and (b) Roost will share the potential winner's name, email address, and related contact information with Going so that Going can contact the potential winner, verify eligibility, and award the prize. Roost will not share entrants' message contents with Going. Information shared with Roost is subject to Roost's Privacy Policy.

Information received by Going will be handled in accordance with Going's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.going.com/privacy-policy.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not enroll an entrant in Going's membership program or promotional email marketing. Going will not use entrant information for marketing unless an entrant separately signs up for Going and consents to receive communications in accordance with Going's normal signup process and Privacy Policy.

Entrants who are already Going members may continue to receive communications associated with their existing membership and communication preferences.

Sponsor may retain Sweepstakes-related information as reasonably necessary to satisfy its legal, tax, recordkeeping, fraud-prevention, and compliance obligations.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, corrupted, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications;
• Interruptions, delays, outages, or failures affecting the Roost app, app stores, mobile devices, internet connections, wireless networks, servers, or other systems;
• Incorrect or inaccurate information caused by an entrant, equipment, software, programming, human error, tampering, or unauthorized intervention;
• Failure of a message or entry to be recorded or transmitted correctly;
• Errors in the administration, promotion, or operation of the Sweepstakes; or
• Damage to any device resulting from downloading or using the Roost app or participating in the Sweepstakes.

Any use of bots, scripts, macros, automated entry methods, multiple accounts, false identities, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limit is prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify any person it determines has attempted to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the fairness, security, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from among the eligible entries received before the termination, if reasonably possible.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the Roost app, Sponsor’s website, or any system connected with the Sweepstakes, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Going, Good Egg LLC, Flightgift, Apple Inc., Google LLC, participating airlines, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes;
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
• Booking or taking any travel purchased with the prize;
• Technical, network, hardware, software, transmission, or application errors;
• Unauthorized human intervention;
• Incorrect or inaccurate information;
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications; or
• Personal injury, death, or property damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize-related travel.

The Released Parties do not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee concerning the prize, any flight purchased with the prize, or the services provided by Flightgift or an airline.

Except where prohibited by law, any claim arising from the Sweepstakes will be limited to the entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs of entering the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive any right to recover attorneys’ fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in an appropriate state or federal court located in Denver, Colorado.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14. Winner List and Copy of Official Rules
