OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The GOING “I BOOKED IT” SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Scott’s Cheap Flights, Inc. dba Going (“Going” or “Sponsor”), located at 4845 Pearl East Circle, STE 118, PMB 28648, Boulder, CO 80301-6112.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility arising from or related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who are not otherwise prohibited from participating under these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, prize providers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live), and persons living in the same household as any such person, whether related or not, are not eligible.

Entrants may not be (a) residents or citizens of any country subject to an embargo imposed by the U.S. government or (b) included in any sanctions program administered or enforced by the U.S. government or any agency thereof, including the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or U.S. Department of the Treasury, including the Specially Designated Nationals, Blocked Persons, and Denied Persons Lists.

The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter Through Instagram

During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following:

1. Publish an original photo, carousel, or Reel as a post on the entrant’s Instagram feed about a flight the entrant booked after discovering the flight or fare through Going (the “Qualifying Post”);
2. Tag @going in the Qualifying Post;
3. Include both #IBookedIt and #GoingSweepstakes clearly and conspicuously in the Qualifying Post’s caption; and
4. Maintain a public Instagram profile so Sponsor can locate and verify the Qualifying Post.

Instagram Stories, comments, direct messages, and content published anywhere other than the entrant’s Instagram feed do not qualify. The Qualifying Post must be published during the Sweepstakes Period and remain public and available through October 15, 2026, for verification.

The entrant must be the authorized owner of the Instagram account used to enter. The entrant must have personally booked the flight discussed in the Qualifying Post and, if requested, must provide reasonable documentation sufficient for Sponsor to verify that the flight was discovered through Going and booked by the entrant. Entrants should redact payment-card information, confirmation codes, passport details, and other sensitive information from any documentation submitted.

Receipt of an email invitation from Going is not required to enter and does not guarantee eligibility or a prize. No particular opinion or positive statement about Going is required. Entries are evaluated only for compliance with these Official Rules; the winner is selected at random.

5. Free Alternate Methods of Entry

No flight booking, purchase, Instagram account, Instagram post, or Going membership is required to enter by either alternate method below.

A. Online form entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the form HERE and follow the instructions to submit the requested entry information. The completed form must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026.

B. Mail-in entry

Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, telephone number, and email address on a plain piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 21, 2026, and received no later than September 30, 2026. Each envelope must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, bulk, metered-mail, or third-party-submitted entries are void. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt.

Instagram, online form, and mail-in entries have an equal chance of winning.

6. Entry Limit and Entry Requirements

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple Qualifying Posts or use of multiple Instagram accounts, email addresses, identities, or entry methods will not provide additional entries. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first eligible entry received will be included, and Sponsor may disqualify all affected entries if it determines that an entrant attempted to circumvent the entry limit.

A Qualifying Post must:

• Be the entrant’s original work and not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right;
• Accurately reflect the entrant’s genuine experience and not contain false or misleading claims;
• Include only people from whom the entrant has obtained permission to include in the post, and include no minor unless the entrant is the minor’s parent or legal guardian and has authority to grant the rights described in these Official Rules;
• Not contain music, images, video, logos, or other material the entrant does not have the right to use;
• Not contain unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate content; and
• Comply with Instagram’s terms, policies, and community guidelines.

Entries that are incomplete, late, inaccessible, noncompliant, fraudulent, generated or submitted through automated means, or otherwise unacceptable under these Official Rules may be disqualified without notice, as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. If an entrant is later found ineligible, the entrant will be disqualified.

7. Prize; Approximate Retail Value; Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The verified winner will receive one (1) Flightgift gift card delivered electronically to the email address supplied by the winner, with up to an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,000 USD and no less than $500 USD. The Flightgift gift card may be used toward a future eligible flight, subject to all terms, restrictions, booking fees, airline availability, redemption requirements, and expiration rules imposed by Flightgift. Sponsor is not the issuer of the Flightgift gift card and is not responsible for a gift card not redeemed before its expiration date.

The maximum total ARV of all prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $1,000 USD.

No cash redemption, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted. No prize substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated as included. Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or complete documentation required for tax reporting.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Random Drawing and Winner Notification

On or about October 7, 2026, Sponsor or its designated independent administrator will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email and/or Instagram direct message using the information associated with the selected entry. The potential winner must follow the notification instructions and may be required to provide their full legal name, date of birth, complete address, telephone number, email address, and other information reasonably required by Sponsor. The potential winner may also be required to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (where lawful), and required tax forms within seven (7) days after the notification is sent.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond or claim the prize by the deadline, fails to provide required verification or documents, declines the prize, or if a notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize if it is unable to verify a winner after reasonable attempts.

The selected entrant is not a winner unless and until Sponsor verifies the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

9. License to Entry Content; Publicity

Entrants retain ownership of their Qualifying Posts. By submitting a Qualifying Post, each entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to reproduce, display, distribute, repost, publish, adapt solely for formatting or length, and otherwise use the Qualifying Post, the entrant’s Instagram handle, and the entrant’s name in connection with administering, promoting, and publicizing the Sweepstakes and Going, in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval, except where prohibited by law.

Entrant represents that they have the authority to grant this license. Sponsor is not required to use any Qualifying Post. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, voice, likeness, biographical information, Instagram handle, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. Privacy and Use of Personal Information

Sponsor may collect and use personal information submitted or collected in connection with the Sweepstakes to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, fulfill the prize, comply with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.going.com/privacy-policy.

By entering, each entrant acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

11. Internet and General Provisions

Sponsor is not responsible for entries or communications that are late, lost, inaccessible, private, hidden by platform filtering, tagged incorrectly, deleted, altered, incomplete, garbled, delayed, damaged, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable, postage-due, or otherwise not compliant with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for network, server, internet, website, platform, telephone, hardware, software, transmission, data-input, typographical, printing, human, mechanical, or electronic errors or failures of any kind.

Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, fraudulent, or similar entry methods, or any attempt to use multiple identities or accounts to circumvent the entry limit, will void affected entries and may result in disqualification. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies, including attorneys’ fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If fraud, technical failure, platform changes, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If feasible and fair, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate, subject to applicable law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, Flightgift, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, prize providers, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, death, loss to person or property, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes; creation, submission, display, or use of an entry; or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel or activities related to the prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for: (a) technical or communications errors or failures; (b) unauthorized human intervention; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing, or typographical errors; (d) lost, late, incomplete, inaccessible, damaged, delayed, postage-due, or misdirected entries or communications; (e) errors in administration, winner selection or notification, or Sweepstakes materials; (f) injury, death, loss, or damage caused directly or indirectly by participation or prize use; or (g) inaccurate information caused by users, tampering, hacking, equipment, or programming.

Except where prohibited, any claims, judgments, and awards arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees. No entrant may recover punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including lost profits, and each entrant waives all rights to claim such damages or to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Disputes and Choice of Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any dispute, claim, or cause of action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado; and (c) the Sweepstakes and any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Winner List and Copy of Official Rules

For the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request together with a separate self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to:
