Christie Dietz is an award-winning food and travel writer from London who moved to Germany in 2010. She is a regular contributor to National Geographic Traveller Food (UK), and has also written for publications including Food and Travel (UK), Fodor’s, The Guardian, Time Out and The Spruce Eats. Christie is International Coordinator for the UK’s Guild of Food Writers.
