Who is the Bilt Blue Card for?

The Bilt Blue Card is ideal for people who want to earn rewards, including on rent or mortgage payments, without paying an annual fee.

Annual fee: annual_fees

Foreign transaction fee: foreign_transaction_fee

Earning rate:

  • Earn up to 1X points on rent and mortgage payments
  • 1X points + 4% back in Bilt Cash on everyday purchases

Welcome offer: bonus_miles_full

Pros and cons

Pros:

  • No annual fee, making it an easy entry point to earn Bilt rewards.
  • Very valuable rewards currency, with some of the most coveted transfer partners.
  • You can earn more through the Bilt Neighborhood network of partners.

Cons:

  • No bonus category multipliers, such as dining.
  • No premium benefits like statement credits.
  • The Bilt 2.0 rewards ecosystem is confusing, including a separate Bilt Cash system.
Our take

This card is a great option to earn Bilt points without an annual fee. Because it doesn't have any bonus categories, it's best for those who have other cards that earn elevated rates on categories like dining or travel.
